raynaissanceSo...Alistair told us some stuff that probably needs to get aired out, at least a little. And since he apparently can't do it himself (can't as in genuinely can't, not can't as in won't) I guess it's up to the rest of us to try and help. Especially since this problem has apparently been going on for weeks.

I think it has to do with him being asexual, he's given Ray the impression that other people don't aren't usually that accepting, and usually try to pressure him into things he's not comfortable with.
The other Templar recruits and even some of his superiors/instructors, etc were like that, and usually made it about "fixing" him and about being a "real man". The Hero Of Ferelden did it too, but because she was attracted to him. I don't think anything ever happened, physically, but it sounds like it was really hard for him, especially because he doesn't seem to be the best at communicating or expressing his feelings (that's not a judgement, by the way. Nobody's perfect.)
And then of course there's Morrigan. I don't think any of us like Morrigan very much. Ray relates to Alistair too much and then Alistair moved into the brain and then this whole system thing happened. I know Leli has tried to explain some stuff about Morrigan's past and they are sympathetic, I think. It's just hard to have too much sympathy for someone who picked on one of your head mates for at least a year.
...Knowing some of what Ray knows about Alistair I'm not actually sure how much he even consented to doing the ritual with Morrigan. We know he cares about the kid a lot; but Morrigan is a much more difficult subject -Anna
and now she's back in our lives and it's really a little but uncomfortable all around because, well, what do you even say to someone like that other than "please don't turn me into a toad"
At least I know she's not going to do that just for me talking to the kid which is nice but is she always there, listening? That's a bit creepy if you ask me. Which no one did.
Everyone is so much better at explaining stuff than me. That thing where other people can put your thighs into words when you can't is pretty nice isn't it
It's probably not nice for us to talk about Morrigan like this. Like I told her and Kieran I don't hate anyone and I'm not here to pick any fights. I'd rather not deal with anything at all ever honestly but apparently that's not how feel inns work or something. Weird.
